1. What we keep
- Account: name, email, language and password (stored only as an encrypted hash) or your Google sign-in.
- Phone: you confirm it from your own Telegram or WhatsApp; it is stored encrypted.
- Bookings: dates, home, number of adults and children, your messages and the price.
- Reviews you publish: only your first name is shown.
2. What we use it for
- Managing your bookings and contacting you about them.
- Sending arrival instructions the day before and, after check-out, an invitation to review your stay.
- Protecting the site: attempt limits, a log of staff actions and two-step verification for administrators.
3. Who else processes it
- Technical providers that run the site: web hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), photo storage (Cloudflare) and email delivery (Resend).
- Telegram and WhatsApp when you choose to communicate through them; Google if you sign in with Google.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We use no analytics or third-party cookies.
4. Cookies
- We only use a session cookie (to keep you signed in) and one to remember the language. The light or dark theme is stored in your browser.
5. How long
- While you have an account and, after that, for the time the law requires for bookings made.
- You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to paradisestay23@gmail.com.
