Booking terms

How direct bookings work at Paradise: homes managed by Evgeniya in Bayahíbe and Punta Cana (Dominican Republic).

1. The request

You choose dates and the number of adults and children and send a request. Nothing is charged at that moment.
To book you need an account with a confirmed email and phone (the phone is confirmed from your own Telegram or WhatsApp).
The request holds the dates while we review it. If we do not confirm it within 48 hours, the dates are released automatically.
The booking is final once we confirm it by Telegram or email.

The price shown when you send the request is the final price: nights by season, cleaning and long-stay discounts. It is saved with your booking.
Prices are in US dollars (USD); the amount in Dominican pesos is indicative.
When we confirm the booking we tell you how and when to pay. We will never ask for card details on this site.

You can cancel free of charge from your account up to 7 days before arrival. A request that is not yet confirmed can be cancelled at any time.
After that, message us on WhatsApp (+1 809 000 0000) and we will look for a solution.
If force majeure ever made us cancel your stay, we would refund everything you have paid.

Each home has a maximum number of guests, including adults and children aged 2–12. Babies under 2 do not count; let us know if you need a crib.
Only the people listed in the booking may stay.

Cadaqués Caribe (Panarea and Formentera): check-in 15:00–20:00, check-out by 11:00. In the lobby you receive the complex's wristband; the standard fee of US$10 per group is paid there.
Villa Drago (Punta Cana Village): check-in 16:00–21:00, check-out by 11:00. Uber drivers' access to the community is restricted; we can book a transfer for you.
Check-in is self-service. The day before arrival we send you the address, instructions and the access code.

No parties or events. In Punta Cana Village loud music or noise above 65 dB is prohibited (US$200 community fine).
Smoking only in designated outdoor areas. No pets.
Please treat the home as your own: damage caused during the stay must be compensated.

Only guests with a verified account who have stayed with us can write a review: one stay, one review.
Airbnb reviews are shown with their origin and date. We may hide reviews containing insults or personal data.
