We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed to feel right at home.
The location was amazing, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family. The property was even more beautiful in person, and every detail made our stay feel special.
The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and accommodating, which made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay.

This place was good. Although I think it could have been better: it says it's beachfront, but it's actually located behind an apartment complex, so you can't see the ocean from there. Something they offer but don't provide when you arrive is parking. They say there's parking at the apartment, but in reality it's only for the owners. The guys in the lobby don't allow you to enter the apartment parking lot. So you have to leave the vehicle in the lobby, which is relatively far from it. The good thing is that there are luggage carts. The bathrooms could be cleaner. The one in the two-bed room had standing water in the tub. There were two dead cockroaches in the living room. We understand that it was after fumigation. Other than these little things, the place was fine.

Our stay was great, the house was beautiful and the hosts response time was exceptional. Security in the community was the only inconvenience we ran into, as we were unable to be picked up by uber, and other professional transportation services and our family had to walk about 5ish blocks to be picked up. Uber Eats was also unable to get into the community. With this being said, we were offered to have a pass created for each individual driver if we sent in their ID, however that was not always an option since we used Uber majority of the time— as that more of an affordable option for transportation. With that being said, all else was great!

We were a little disappointed to see that you gave us 4 stars for accuracy because you couldn't find the outdoor BBQ.
We are truly sorry that it wasn't easy to locate. The BBQ is actually available for all guests and is located in a very visible area—on the path to the beach, along the walkway to the pier, on the right-hand side, directly opposite the restaurant.
Since it is a shared community BBQ, guests simply need to bring their own charcoal and food and clean the area after use.
Because the BBQ is available exactly as described in our listing, we were a little saddened that our accuracy rating was reduced simply because it wasn't found during your stay.

The place is beautiful, and the apartment is close to the sea. Very well equipped, just as in the photos. My family was very comfortable. The complex had a restaurant, a small store, a water park for the kids, which was great because we were traveling with little ones, and a swimming pool. Well located near where the tours depart. It was one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. The apartment is very comfortable and impeccable; everything is new and very well maintained. Also, it's very close to the beach, which makes the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
We loved the condominium: very convenient, with a wonderful beach, a delicious restaurant, and an amazing water park to enjoy as a family. We really came back happy from our vacation, because it's so nice to stay in places like this, where everything is designed for enjoyment and relaxation.

Small apartment complex surrounded by nature, quiet, and not very crowded. Fantastic location, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. A pier for those who don't like sand; lots of nature.
The small apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, nicely furnished. The bed is very comfortable. The house has no side that receives direct sunlight; the bathroom is particularly damp and lacks a fan, making it impossible to dry swimsuits or towels. For 5 days, we only received one shower towel, one face towel, and one beach towel, which was clearly not enough given the problem of the damp bathroom. Offering a free towel change would certainly have been a way to address the bathroom issue. The bathroom screen was damaged, and we had problems with mosquitoes despite the mosquito spray.
The restaurant in the complex is nothing special, but with a nice walk, you can easily get to the other resorts. A rental car is recommended.

Il piccolo appartamento era esattamente come in foto, ben arredato. Il letto molto confortevole. La casa non ha nessun lato esposto direttamente al sole, il bagno é particolarmente umido e senza ventola, impossibile asciugare i costumi o gli asciugamani. Per 5 giorni abbiamo ricevuto solamente un asciugamano doccia, uno per il viso e uno per la spiaggia, decisamente insufficiente visto il problema del bagno umido. Offrire un cambio asciugamani gratuito sarebbe sicuramente stato un modo per migliorare il problema del bagno. La zanzariera del bagno era danneggiata e abbiamo avuto problemi con le zanzare nonostante lo spray antizanzare.
Ristorante del complesso nulla di speciale ma con una bella camminata si raggiungono facilmente gli altri resort. Una macchina a noleggio è consigliabile.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb in the Dominican Republic, I usually stay at resorts. We wanted to experience a more local vibe but in a secure environment and Punta Cana Village fit exactly what we were looking for. The house is amazing and is just as you see in the photos. Very private lot as well. We were hoping to use the pool but we rented a car and ended up exploring not just Punta Cana but drove to areas like Macao, Miche, Bavaro and more so we would get back to the house exhausted. Next time there will be pool time for sure!
The village is literally like 5 minutes from the airport, car rentals, malls, supermarket, Playa Blanca Beach Club and more. There is all you need and more. It was such a pleasant surprise. Evgeniya was super responsive and helpful with suggestions as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing time in Punta Cana.

The Cadaqués complex is beautiful and has everything you need; the location is very good.
The host always responded and was friendly.
One thing that could be improved would be to have a washing machine, especially if you plan a longer stay, since it is not allowed to hang clothes out to dry in the sun or on the balconies in the complex, and without a washing machine, it would be difficult.
Beyond that, everything is functional! We only had one issue with the shower, as the one upstairs wasn’t working, but the host said she would replace it for future guests.

El complejo de cadaques es bellísimo y tiene todo lo que necesitas, la ubicación es muy buena.
El anfitrión siempre contesto y fue amable.
Lo que se podría mejorar sería que tenga lavaropas, sobretodo si planeas una estadía mas larga, ya que en el complejo no se permite colgar ropa al sol o en balcones y sin un lavaropas se complicaría.
Mas allá de eso todo es funcional! Solo tuvimos un problema con la ducha ya que la de arriba no funcionaba pero la anfitriona dijo que la cambiaría para próximos huéspedes.

Our stay at Evgeniya's was very nice. The apartment is tastefully decorated, and you can tell that a lot of attention has been paid to detail. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, and there is nothing else missing; everything you need for a comfortable stay is there.
Evgeniya is a very friendly and helpful host, always easy to reach, and also provides support with everything beyond the apartment.
From the small terrace and the small garden, you even have a side view of the sea. The complex is beautiful, and the beach creates a real vacation feeling. Our kids had a particularly great time on the slides. We highly recommend the place.

Evgeniya ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, immer gut erreichbar und unterstützt auch über alles rund um die Wohnung hinaus.
Von der kleinen Terrasse und dem kleinen Garten hat man sogar einen seitlichen Meerblick. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und der Strand sorgt für echtes Urlaubsfeeling. Unsere Kinder hatten besonders viel Spaß auf den Rutschen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

We had a wonderful weekend at this Airbnb in Cadaqués with my family. The place is simply beautiful: super clean, very bright and perfectly equipped with everything you could need. You can see the care in every detail.
The furniture is beautiful, modern and cozy at the same time, which makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Everything was spotless and organized.
The host was exceptional: very attentive, always willing to help and attentive to making our stay perfect. Their service made all the difference.
Cadaqués' atmosphere is delightful, quiet, charming and perfect to disconnect with the family. We would definitely come back without thinking about it. Totally recommended!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home in Punta Cana! The layout is spacious and well-designed, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Rep was friendly. Rep said prior guest said ac wasn’t working After about 20 minutes of her there showing me the place annoying after a flights . me and my family unwind, and I started smelling what appeared to be an armpit smell as I moved into the bathroom. It started smelling like vagina. I contacted the rep about the smell a day later as it was so strong it woke me out of my sleep and she advised me to take an air freshener from one room and put it in the next to mask the smell, but it did not work. I even tried cleaning it myself with a bottle of near to empty toilet cleaner, and that didn’t help. Other adults in the house had separate bathrooms, which the showerheads were not working so they had to bathe with cups. At check out the rep confirmed all of the things were not working. After my stay I received another bill for cleaning for $300 idk what that is for if the place stinks also we barely were there if you didn’t calculate that in your price don’t try to charge it after!

Just to clarify: I have never requested an additional fee for cleaning. $300 requested through Airbnb was a refundable security deposit that you did not provide in cash, so we requested it through Airbnb, however, you never left that deposit. I am sorry for the confusion associated with the additional fee requested through the platform, but that was a deposit requested on the day of your arrival, not after your stay... Probably you just saw the notification too late... I have never been informed of any inconveniences by you in the chat and received your complaint after the checkout. If I had known of any inconveniences on site, I would have come personally to provide a speedy resolution. I wish you had informed me of any concerns on time. The rep let me know that you informed her of the smell, however, she checked back on it and you never provided any update on the issue, so she did not bother you again to provide privacy for you and your group. After your stay we confirmed that functionality of the showers and the next guest said they had no complaints of any kind. Once again, I hope to be able to remedy the situation and make up for any unwanted inconveniences or confusion that may have affected your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me for any further assistance.

You can not go wrong with this Airbnb. The villa was luxury, big, and beautiful. The neighborhood is gated and beautiful. It’s literally 3 minutes from the airport and restaurants and activities are 0-20 minutes from the villa. This villa is a great choice.

Evgeniya's was extremely pleasant and patient with us. Her house manager, Anna, was very responsive and helpful as well. She was also able to find a chef for us, Pedro, who cooked 3 meals per day and cleaned up everything! All we had to do was show up and have a blast!! We went to Playa Blanca, Corales Golf, the Supermarket, and the Blue Mall. For the pool, you'll get most of the sun earlier in the day, which was fine. Only issue we had is how difficult it is to get car service in the village. Other than that, I'd highly recommend Calle Drago 19 for your next trip!!

This was my first time in Puntacana DR and I’m glad I found Evgeniya’s place. It was worth every penny. My only regret was I wished we stayed longer. Beautiful home, cozy, picturesque, clean, the beds were so comfortable, pool was cleaned on a daily basis and the lawns were well kept. All room was affixed with A/C so don’t worry that it’s gonna get hot, you can cool down by the pool as well. I loved the decor and how easy it was to access the place. Anna was also so great can’t thank her enough for everything. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again Evgeniya you were a hospitable host and you have a beautiful home, I will definitely recommend all my friends and family coming to DR.
